About Continental Ranch

Marana's first and largest master-planned community — and one of the largest residential developments in all of Southern Arizona. Tucked against the foothills of the Tucson Mountains just west of Interstate 10 at the Cortaro Road exit, Continental Ranch covers roughly 2,100 acres originally annexed by the Town of Marana in 1987 and developed in superblocks by national tract builders (Pulte, Richmond American, Meritage, and others) through the 1990s and 2000s.
