Monument Vista is an east Tucson neighborhood of houses of about 98 acres, bounded by East 29th Street on the south, South Avenida Los Reyes on the west and South Melpomene Way on the east; the stepped north edge follows no street. It is almost entirely one plat, the 106-lot Monument Vista subdivision, which Pima County's plat layer dates to February 1996, and the county roll carries 106 single-family parcels inside at a median of about 0.35 acre, all zoned RX-1. The City's registered Houghton East neighborhood association covers it, and the county's ward layer places it in Ward 4. The county's annexation layer places all of it under a 1996 City of Tucson ordinance. No neighborhood with a page here borders it; Harrison East-South and Houghton, both with their own pages, are the nearest. The 14 Residential closings over the three years to October 2026, all houses, closed around a median of about $650,000 and about $267 a square foot, on a median of about 2,300 square feet, built to a median of about 1999; the average was about $648,700.
